Speaker Bios 

Juliann Pless

Senior Vice President, Travel Payment Solutions

Juliann Pless joined CSI (Corporate Spending Innovations) in 2010 holding several distinct roles in client support and travel services during her tenure. In her current position, Juliann oversees the sales and product strategy of the company’s travel payment suite of products.

Juliann has successfully managed the team responsible for the growth of CSI travel payment product by establishing strategic partnerships, building brand awareness, and increasing customer engagement. The success of this product can be attributed to Juliann’s superb leadership ability, expertise in corporate travel payment solutions, and ongoing dedication to the solution.

Juliann resides in Fort Myers, Florida with her husband and two sons. She attended Stetson University, where she majored in Marketing. Juliann has participated in multiple Executive education level programs including the Women’s Leadership Program with Yale School of Management and has received a certificate in Operations Strategy from Kellogg Executive Education program at Northwestern University.

Juliann is a co-chair of the GBTA (Global Business Travel Association) Payment Solutions Committee, member of SWFL Impact, and helps to lead the corporate social responsibility initiatives for CSI. In 2014, Juliann was honored among the top ’40 Under 40’ rising business stars in the region. She frequently shares her knowledge and experience through national speaking engagements.

Hasini Sharma

Hansini Sharma leads the Travel Practice at Acquis Consulting Group and a strategic thinker who views travel with the same mindset as other core operating functions by leveraging her business acumen across operations, procurement, and finance. Through a combination of 15 years of consulting and industry experience, Hansini has served numerous clients with their T&E needs. Her client engagements include acting as the program manager for large-scale travel program creation and implementations, leading strategic sourcing initiatives, advising on customer experience transformation, and providing IPO readiness support.

Outside of her day job, Hansini is actively involved in the broader travel industry. She founded the first free global travel incubator in 2020, serves on the BTN DE&I Steering Committee and BTN Innovate Steering Committee, is a frequent speaker at BTN events and GBTA Conventions, and is an advisor to the NYU Tisch Center of Hospitality Innovation Hub. Hansini is a champion for innovation in the travel industry and is dedicated to and passionate about providing her clients with the tools to build and grow their businesses.
